How to get there:

Unless you are coming from other directions other than Lisbon's centre, the best way to reach the Faculty of Letters is by underground train, taking the Yellow Line and  leaving at Cidade Universitária station. 

At the Faculty of Letters ask for Room 5.2. ( Sala 5.2) where the Conference is hosted.
